# License application scope — Albert Lane Covered Works

The file `LICENSE.md` (Albert Lane Proprietary Software License and Intellectual Property Declaration) applies to:

1. **This computer** — Covered Works under `/workspace` on this machine (docs, repo, lane_pyvisor, and other Albert Lane materials placed here).
2. **Any VM** — copies, clones, snapshots, or exports of those works running inside a virtual machine.
3. **Any hypervisor** — host systems that store, schedule, or execute those VMs or images containing Covered Works.

**Authorization:** Contractual (Part B) terms bind only after an **in-person agreement with verbal and written authorization** from Albert Lane (Rights Holder). Part A IP rights exist by law without that agreement. No browse-wrap or passive encounter grants Part B rights.

**FROI:** In this workspace, **FROI** means **First Report of Injury** and/or **Freedom Requests Of Information**. Prefer the full expansion when labeling browser/project artifacts (e.g. `froi-browser-a`, `froi-browser-b`).
